Breakthrough to higher ground presentation
Three high level entrainments
Three workshops including: two Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) group sessions, individualized SRI sessions if needed, bodywork class (Yoga, Pilates)
Scrumptious lunch, snacks and Beverages
