Breakthrough Day

Saturday, October 4, 2008 from 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.

A "Breakthrough Day" is a very special day for those who have made significant progress in their healing and want to make a quantum leap forward.

Attending a "Breakthrough Day" will:

• equip you with strategies for greater release of stored emotional and physical tension.

• change body bio-energetics that result in greater self-healing, mental peace and clarity.

• Allow you to experience the greater joy of a lighter, more flexible body, refreshed mind and greater health.

What Happens at a "Breakthrough Day"?

The intensity and group energy of a "Breakthrough Day" allows your nervous system to access new resources and develop improved strategies for health and wellness.

The day consists of:

• Breakthrough to higher ground presentation

• Three high level entrainments

• Three workshops including: two Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) group sessions, individualized SRI sessions if needed, bodywork class (Yoga, Pilates)

• Scrumptious lunch, snacks and Beverages

Early Registration (before 15 September 2008): $210 + GST
Registration (after 15 September 2008): $250 + GST
